On Thursday evening, a 10-year-old child playing at the door was kidnapped by a bike-riding criminal in Majirwa Kala village of Phulwaria police station area of Gopalganj district. The bike-riding miscreant kidnapped the child and fled towards Bhore. The kidnapped child is said to be Anish Kumar, son of Kundan Singh, resident of Samail village of Hathua police station area of the district, who used to study while living in his maternal uncle’s village Majirwa Kala with his mother Jeevan Jyoti Devi. There is chaos among the family members after the incident. At the same time, after receiving the information, the police of Phulwariya police station reached there, examined the CCTV footage and started investigation, assuring the family members of the safe recovery of the child.
Police couldn’t find any clue
The police have also got hold of a CCTV footage, in which the kidnapper is seen taking the child sitting on the bike in front. The kidnapper who kidnapped the child is wearing a yellow colored full shirt and a helmet on his head. The police have released the picture of the kidnapper from the CCTV footage and have appealed to the people to inform if they see him. In this case, Phulwaria police station incharge Captain Shahnawaz and Additional police station incharge Vikram Kumar along with the police force are also conducting raids at many places for the recovery of the child. However, till Friday morning the police could not get any clue about the child.
father works abroad
According to family members, the kidnapped child is Anish Kumar, 10-year-old son of Kundan Singh, resident of Samail village of Hathua police station area. Anish’s father works abroad. He used to study while living with his mother in his maternal uncle’s village Majirwa Kala. Upendra Singh, the maternal uncle of the abducted student, told that for the sake of Anish’s studies, my sister Jeevan Jyoti Devi was buying land in Majirwa Art Bazaar and getting a house built for him to study. At the same time, the police is busy gathering information. At present, FIR has not been registered in this matter. The family members are in bad condition, crying.
