Bihar Lok Sabha Election Voting Live: Voting on eight seats in Bihar; A question of prestige for BJP-JDU and Congress

In the sixth phase, voting will begin this morning in West Champaran, East Champaran, Valmikinagar, Shivhar, Vaishali, Gopalganj, Siwan, and Maharajganj Lok Sabha seats. A total of 86 candidates are in the fray on all eight seats. The maximum number of 15 candidates are trying their luck on Vaishali Lok Sabha seat. Whereas only five candidates are in the fray in Maharajganj. Eight candidates are in the fray in West Champaran, 12 in East Champaran, 10 in Valmikinagar, 12 in Shivhar, 11 in Gopalganj, and 13 in Siwan. Keeping in view the security, more than 60 thousand security personnel have been deployed on these eight seats. In the sixth phase, one crore 49 lakh 32 thousand 165 voters will exercise their franchise. A total of 14872 polling stations have been set up.
