Police has arrested Munnabhai from Bhagalpur who had come to Sitamarhi with one lakh rupees for recruitment of Home Guard. The arrested Munnabhai was identified as Santosh Yadav, resident of Doolduliya village of Pirpainti police station area of Bhagalpur district.
