A student has died in a horrific road accident in Nalanda. She was going to study coaching on Saturday morning. A bus full of passengers was crushed on the Rajgir-Bihar Sharif main road. The incident took place in Deepnagar under Deepnagar police station area. Here, there was a stir in the area after the incident. There was a crowd of people nearby. Angered by the death of the student, people created a ruckus on the road. Here, people chased the fleeing bus driver, caught him and beat him mercilessly. Angry people set the bus on fire and started protesting by blocking the road.

The bus driver was detained by the police

Here, as soon as the information was received, the police reached the spot and started trying to convince the people. After a lot of effort, the police freed the accused bus driver from the clutches of the people. The police have taken him into custody. The student has been identified as Pushpa Kumari, 14-year-old daughter of Sugan Yadav, resident of Kamdarganj village under Nalanda police station area.

Pushpa was going to Deepnagar by bicycle

Pushpa Kumari’s father Sugan Yadav told that like every day, his daughter was going from home to Deepnagar market on bicycle to study. Meanwhile, an uncontrolled bus going from Bihar Sharif towards Rajgir crushed him. Due to which his daughter died on the spot. Sadar DSP Nurul Haq said that the student died in a road accident. Some such man had set the bus on fire by the elements. At present the situation is normal and traffic has been started. Legal action will be taken against people creating nuisance
