After investigation of ‘Amar Ujala’ the department has accepted its mistake. On Wednesday, we were the first to come out with the news that the Labor Enforcement Officer of Kotwa Block of the district had given the benefit of Rs 50,000 each to the people without daughters under the Chief Minister Kanya Vivah Yojana. These women themselves are 21 or 25 years old and they had withdrawn the amount of the scheme in the name of the marriage of their 18-18 year old daughter. Similarly, the information of a woman was also brought to light, who herself had given information about only her four sons in the affidavit before the district administration and had shown her fake daughter to avail the benefits of the scheme.
