A lover who had gone to meet his girlfriend in Gaya was beaten to death. The incident took place in Lakshan Bigha village of Belaganj police station area. The deceased was identified as Gaurav Kumar (20), son of Jehanabad district. On receiving information about the incident, the police reached the spot and sent the body to the hospital for post-mortem. Now the police is investigating the case.
Boyfriend beaten up badly in girlfriend’s house
Regarding the incident, villagers said that Ashok Ram, a resident of Lakshman Bigha village, saw an unknown young man in an objectionable situation with his daughter in his house. As soon as they saw him, the people of the house caught him. Then they tied the hands and legs of the young man and beat him fiercely with sticks and iron rods. During this, some villagers also gathered there. The girl’s family members beat the young man so much that he died on the spot.
Girlfriend’s father and brother arrested
As soon as the information of the incident was received, the police reached the spot and sent the body to Anugrah Narayan Magadh Medical College Hospital for postmortem. During the investigation
The police arrested the girl’s father Ashok Ram and cousin Pankaj Kumar. During the police investigation, the FSL team also reached the spot and started investigation. The FSL team recovered two condoms, blood-soaked cloth, blood-stained iron rod, rope, stick etc. from the spot.
The relatives of the deceased are alleging murder after robbery
Station incharge cum trainee DSP Sadanand Kumar said that the body has been sent for post mortem. Meanwhile, the deceased’s father Omprakash Yadav has accused two people in police custody at Belaganj police station of looting and killing his son.
