Bihar: In Bihar, a herd of Kanwadis was crushed by an uncontrolled Scorpio, in which five people died tragically on the spot. Many people are seriously injured and are undergoing treatment in the local hospital.

In Banka, a herd of Kanwariyas was crushed by an uncontrolled Scorpio, in which five Kanwariyas died tragically, while many people were injured. The incident took place near Nagardih village of Phulidoomar police station area. All the devotees were going to Jyeshtha Gaurnath Mahadev Temple after filling water from Sultanganj. After the incident, the driver fled with the Scorpio. As soon as the incident happened, nearby people gathered there. Enraged villagers set the police vehicle 112 on fire at the spot. At present there is an atmosphere of chaos at the spot.

The deceased were identified as Ram Charan Tanti, resident of Ramchandrapur Ithari of Amarpur police station area, Lakho Kumari, resident of Shobhanpur of Amarpur police station area, Lalita Devi, wife of Arjun Yadav, resident of Mohanpur of Rajon police station area, Sumitra Devi, wife of Dinesh Yadav and Chulho Devi alias, wife of Arun Paswan. Manu has been portrayed as Devi. The injured include Sahdev Yadav’s daughter Julie Kumari, Putul Devi, Jani Devi, Chhabilal Devi and Shanti Devi, who are undergoing treatment in different hospitals.
