A surprising incident happened in Begusarai today. The incident is that Suman Saurabh, the elder son of former JDU MLA of Matihani assembly constituency Narendra Kumar Singh alias Bogo Singh, was kidnapped. As soon as the information of kidnapping of the former MLA’s son was received, there was a stir in the police department. The police started raiding various places to recover him. After a lot of effort, after about 7 hours, he was recovered from a private hotel on the basis of mobile location. At the same time, the police heaved a sigh of relief after the recovery of Suman Saurabh, son of former JDU MLA Narendra Singh alias Bogo Singh.
Regarding the incident, the police said that Suman Kumar, son of former JDU MLA Narendra Singh alias Bogo Singh, had left for home from his private school. But he could not reach home. A lot of search was done by the family, but no trace of him could be found. Then, fearing something untoward, the police was later informed about the incident. The police started investigation, in which it was revealed that cyber criminals had kidnapped him. In this regard, Sadar DSP 2 Bhaskar Ranjan has told that a cyber criminal had done cyber fraud with Suman Saurabh, son of Udaan International School director and former JDU MLA Narendra Singh alias Bogo Singh, after which Suman Saurabh suddenly went missing since afternoon. He has told that the police started its action and while starting the action, Suman Saurabh was recovered safely from a private hotel.
He has told that he was digitally arrested by cyber criminals. He has told that he was intimidated so much by cyber criminals that he was confined in a room of a private hotel. He was also forbidden to talk to anyone. He has told that cyber criminals intimidated him by posing as officers of the Crime Branch, due to which he became very scared. Then cyber criminals made a video call and told him that Income Tax raid or ED raid can happen at any time, due to which he became very scared. He has told that with a lot of intelligence, the police recovered him from a private hotel from the number from which he was intimidated. On the basis of that number, a case has been registered against the cyber criminal and legal action has been initiated by the police.
