Today the weather is rainy in 34 out of 38 districts of Bihar. There is no rain forecast for Sitamarhi, Muzaffarpur, Darbhanga and Samastipur, but it is possible that the effect of the surrounding districts will reach here as well. The forecast till 10 am shows that there is no special rain alert in 20 districts, but it may rain here during the day. These districts are Kaimur, Rohtas, Aurangabad, Buxar, Bhojpur, Arwal, Jehanabad, Nalanda, Nawada, Jamui, Lakhisarai, Sheikhpura, Begusarai, Khagaria, Munger, Banka, Katihar, Purnia, Kishanganj and Araria. There is a rain alert in the remaining 18 districts of the state since morning. There is no possibility of torrential rain, but in view of deaths due to lightning, it is better to stay safe. One has to stay safe and also save others by sharing this forecast.
The weather was good in the last 24 hours but the rain was less
According to the records of the Indian Meteorological Department, there was a chance of rain in Bihar during the last 24 hours, but the rainfall was very less. More than half of the area did not receive any rain. In most of the districts where it did, the rainfall ranged from 0.1 to 15.5 mm. There were only a few districts where 15.5 to 64.4 mm of rain was received. This much rainfall is considered very less to below-normal rainfall.

While rain is expected in 34 districts of Bihar today, there is a possibility of rain in East Champaran, West Champaran, Gopalganj, Siwan, Saran, Bhojpur, Aurangabad, Jehanabad, Buxar, Rohtas, Kaimur, Gaya, Begusarai, Lakhisarai, Patna, Sheikhpura, Nalanda, Nawada etc. Out of these districts, there is an alert for heavy rain in Aurangabad, Rohtas and Kaimur. There may be a danger of thunderstorm in all these districts, but the possibility is more in three districts. There is no rain alert in the forecast from Thursday to July 10. It may change further.
