There was a massive collision between a car and a motorcycle on the AIIMS-Digha elevated road in Patna on Sunday afternoon. As soon as the collision took place, both the vehicles suddenly caught fire and within no time both the vehicles were completely burnt in the middle of the road. After receiving the information, the fire brigade reached the spot and controlled the fire after a lot of effort. In this accident, the car driver somehow escaped from the vehicle, while the motorcyclist was injured and has been admitted to AIIMS for treatment. Phulwari Sharif police station in-charge Safir Alam said that the car driver is being searched.

It is being told that on Sunday, a car was coming at a high speed on AIIMS Digha Elevated Road, while a motorcycle rider was going from the other side. Suddenly there was a fierce collision between the two vehicles. As soon as the collision occurred, the motorcycle got stuck in the car. After this, the car driver dragged the motorcycle and took it to a long distance. Meanwhile, due to friction on the road, the car suddenly caught fire due to sparks.

Here, as soon as the information was received, the fire brigade vehicle located at AIIMS reached the spot and brought the fire under control. Meanwhile, both the vehicles were completely burnt and destroyed. Phulwari Sharif police station in-charge said that the injured youth has been identified as Jitendra Kumar, resident of Bhojpur. In his injured condition, he has been admitted to AIIMS, Patna for treatment. After the incident, there was an atmosphere of chaos at the spot for hours.
