In Madhepura on Friday night, in a mutual dispute, the younger brother shot and seriously injured two elder brothers. One of the brothers died during treatment at JNKT Medical College. While the other has been referred from Madhepura Sadar Hospital to Patna. His condition remains critical. The deceased was identified as Sinku Kumar (32), son of Baleshwar Bhagat, resident of Bhirkhi Ward-25.
Accused Rahul Kumar has been arrested
It was reported that Rahul Kumar, the third son of Congress block president Baleshwar Bhagat, shot his two elder brothers Raman Kumar (40) and Sinku Kumar (32). Both the brothers were hit by two bullets each. The deceased Sinku Kumar used to work as a stamp vendor in Madhepura court. Raman Kumar is a wholesaler of sand and gravel. Meanwhile, the police have arrested the accused Rahul Kumar.

Villagers say that the third son out of the four sons of Baleshwar Bhagat committed the crime. The youngest brother Chhotu Kumar said that his elder brother Raman Kumar was sitting at his shop. During this time he was shot. Sinku Kumar was shot at home. With the help of people around the incident, he was admitted to the hospital. ASP Pravendra Bharti said that in a mutual dispute, two brothers shot their two elder brothers. Out of which Sinku Kumar died. The other brother has been referred to a higher center for treatment. The accused has been arrested.
