MBA student Yashi Singh is missing since December 2022

In December 2022, Yashi Singh, an MBA student from Bibiganj, suddenly went missing in Muzaffarpur district. She used to study while staying at her maternal grandfather’s house. She got herself admitted to a famous management institute in the city. After the incident, her maternal grandfather lodged a case of kidnapping in Sadar police station. As soon as the case was registered, the police started investigating the matter but no success was achieved in this case for several months. Not only this, negligence was also found in the investigation of this case and after which the investigation of the case was given to the CID. The CID has also put all its strength into this case, but till now no clue of MBA student Yashi Singh could be found. Not only this, but questions were also raised about the indifference of the police investigation at different places in the city. After which the court reprimanded the police and CID team regarding this and demanded a progress report from the CID every week. The court itself was monitoring this case. Now the case has been handed over to the CBI, which the family and the people fighting this battle have described as a big victory.
