Deepnagar Police Station Officer Ranjit Ram said that the body has been sent to Sadar Hospital for post-mortem. Information is being taken from family members. Some people are being interrogated. Further action is going on in the matter.

A Class 9 student in Nalanda committed suicide on Tuesday night. The incident took place in Mahanandpur village under Deepnagar police station area. The deceased student has been identified as Kajal Kumari, 14-year-old daughter of Brij Kishore Sharma, resident of Mahanandpur village. Late in the evening, with the help of police, the family reached Bihar Sharif Sadar Hospital for post-mortem of the body.

brought down the dead body from the noose
Regarding the incident, the family of the deceased told that Kajal was alone in the house in the evening. Then he committed suicide by hanging himself. When the family members arrived, they saw that the girl had been trapped in the room with Kajal. After this, the local police was informed about the incident and the body was brought down from the noose. She was suffering from brain related disease. Kajal Kumari was a student of ninth class. She was the youngest among three sisters in the family. Brother Amardeep Kumar works in a private company in Delhi, while his father works in Scotland. She was living with her aunt in the village.
Deepnagar police engaged in investigation
In this case, Deepnagar police station chief Ranjit Ram said that on receiving information about the incident, the police immediately reached the spot and took the body into custody and sent it to Bihar Sharif Sadar Hospital for post-mortem. Advance action will be taken upon receipt of the application. At present the police is busy investigating the entire incident.
