A complaint has been filed once again in connection with the lathicharge on BJP leaders during the assembly march on July 13 and the death of a District General Secretary Vijay Singh. This complaint has been filed in Patna Civil Court. It is being said that together 12 complainants have complained against CM Nitish Kumar, Deputy CM Tejashwi Yadav, Patna DM Dr. Chandrashekhar Singh, Patna SSP Rajeev Mishra, ASP Kamya Mishra, DSP Law and Order and Kotwali Thanedar in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate. Complaint has been filed under sections 307, 323, 324, 354A, 354A of IPC.
Many workers including BJP MP were injured
About a dozen people, including Lajwanti Jha, president of the BJP Mahila Morcha, have filed a complaint in the Patna Civil Court. The BJP Mahila Morcha has demanded strict action against all the accused. He says that many BJP leaders and workers were badly injured in the lathicharge. BJP MP Janardan Singh Sigriwal was also beheaded. However, the matter of lathicharge on the MP was raised in the Parliament. An answer has also been sought in the Parliament in this matter. On the other hand, BJP leaders say that there should be a judicial inquiry into the matter. The Patna Police barbarically lathicharged the BJP leaders and workers who were protesting peacefully. BJP’s Jehanabad District General Secretary Vijay Singh was killed in this.
FIR was not registered in Kotwali police station
Earlier, a complaint was filed against the Nitish government in the Civil Court and the Supreme Court. After this in Patna’s Kotwali police station Written application was given. BJP MLA and former minister Neeraj Singh Bablu, MLA Jeevesh Kumar and Rajesh Singh Raju reached Kotwali police station on Sunday, July 16. Rajesh Singh Raju had filed a written application against 8 people including Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav on murder and other charges. However, the FIR was not registered at the Kotwali police station.
