Actually, Jainav Khatoon, granddaughter of Khairun Khatoon, resident of Dawoodpur of Paru police station area, was kidnapped two years ago. Then the district court asked the Additional Public Prosecutor that what crime was the conversation between brother-in-law and sister-in-law? To which no response was given by the Additional Public Prosecutor. And, along with advocate S. Of. Jha raised questions on the police investigation and said that the police is not taking action against the vehicle owner named in the FIR and efforts are being made to implicate the innocent. Now, while hearing the anticipatory bail petition, the court of ADJ 8 sentenced the applicant Mohd. Alam was granted bail. During this hearing, the accused Khairun Khatoon was also present in the court.
