Know who is Padmashree Dr Khadar Wali

66-year-old Dr Wali, an independent scientist, has worked on many projects in the field of food and health. For the past 20 years, he has been advocating millets and small grains, and also making people aware of the harms of wheat, rice and sugar. He believes that lifestyle disorders in people’s lives are mainly coming from a diet of rice, wheat, sugar, dairy milk and adulterated oils.
