The deceased old man has been identified as Phoolon Rai, son of Ram Bahadur Rai, a resident of Suga village.

Family members have told that three-four men called Phoolon Rai from his house at 8 in the morning and took him away. They beat him brutally to death. They have alleged that after the murder, the criminals burnt his body by pouring acid on it. They told that they searched a lot. But, no clue could be found. Late in the evening, it was found that Phoolon Rai’s body was lying in a courtyard. When the family members rushed there, they saw that his entire body was burnt by pouring acid on it.
The criminals beat him to death
It is alleged that the criminals first killed him by beating him mercilessly. When they were not satisfied with this, the criminals poured acid on him and burnt his body completely. The local people informed the Bakhri police station about this incident. The police of Bakhri police station reached the spot, took the body in their custody and sent it to Begusarai Sadar Hospital for postmortem and started further action. However, in this connection, the police of Bakhri police station has arrested two people in the murder case and is interrogating them.
