In Muzaffarpur, fearless miscreants on bikes surrounded the PACS president and shot him. PACS president Lakhindra Patel was injured after being shot. He was rushed to the hospital for treatment. The incident created a sensation in the entire area. The incident is from Sahebganj police station area.
It is being told about the incident that PACS President Lakhindra Patel, father of late Munaka Rai, had gone to the market to buy jalebi. During this time, two miscreants arrived on a bike and shot at the PACS President. Seeing the firing, the PACS President bent down to avoid it, but the bullet hit him near his ear, after which he was admitted to the hospital for treatment in critical condition. After getting the information, a crowd of local people gathered at the spot. The injured PACS President was admitted to Sahibganj PHC in critical condition. Where due to his critical condition, he has been admitted to SKMCH Medical College. After getting the information, the police reached the spot and are engaged in investigation.
Kundan Kumar Patel, brother of the injured PACS president, said that two bike-borne miscreants fled after shooting his brother. Injured Lakhindra Patel has been sent to the medical college for treatment. Political rivalry has been revealed to be the reason behind this incident. People have said that some people were very upset with the growing stature of his brother. Therefore, they wanted to remove Lakhindra Patel.
In the entire case, SDOP Saraiya Kumar Chandan said that there has been an incident of firing. The PACS president of Halimpur Panchayat of Sahebganj police station area has been shot by two bike riders. The injured is being treated and his statement has been recorded. Prima facie, the reason behind the incident appears to be a personal rivalry. At present, investigation is being done on all points.
