Shankar Sahni, brother of the deceased businessman, told that Rambalak Tanti wanted to get a land registered but the owner of the land was continuously talking to Aamir Sahni about getting the land registered. But, due to the value of the land being around Rs 10 lakh, Amir Sahni and his family refused to register the land, then the owner of the land had assured that 10 feet of the road would be given to Amir Sahni and his family. . Here, Ram Balak Tanti had already forcibly occupied that land. When Aamir Sahni and his family gave the price of five acres of land to the land owner just for the road. Angered by this, Rambalak Tanti, Umesh Tanti and others shot him dead.
