Five minor girls suddenly went missing from a village in Manjhagarh police station area of Gopalganj district on Thursday night. Their parents pleaded for their recovery. All five were trapped in the clutches of a human trafficking gang. After getting information about the disappearance of the girls, Gopalganj police immediately formed a team and took immediate action and recovered all the five girls from Patna Junction. The police handed over the recovered girls to their families. Along with the five girls, a female agent has also been arrested.

It is said that five minor girls suddenly disappeared from a village in Majha police station area of Gopalganj district on the night of 22 August. After receiving the information, Majha police station chief Sangram Singh took immediate action and formed a team. The formed team took action on the basis of technical and human information and recovered the five minor girls from Patna Junction. Along with all these, a female agent has also been arrested, who was taking all the five girls for human trafficking by luring them in a love trap.

In this case, SHO Sangram Singh has told that the arrested accused woman had been absconding from home for five days leaving behind her two children and husband. During interrogation, she told that the five girls were first brainwashed over the phone. After this, all the five girls were called to Badharia in Siwan district. From there, all of them were brought to Patna by sitting in the same bus. The accused woman had lured the recovered girls to work in orchestra in Kolkata and Delhi. After this, there was a plan to call them to Delhi and sell them. The two recovered minors used to talk to an unknown person. The unknown person used to call these two minors for marriage. At present, the police is taking further action after recovering the five girls. The SHO has told that an investigation is being conducted to find out how many people are involved in this whole case.
