An application was given for mutation of a land in the Bodhgaya Block cum Zonal Office of Gaya. The Zonal Officer took action after there was doubt on the land documents. Doubt arose when the land was found that the land was in Jaanpur of Bodhgaya Block and the registry of the land was done at the Kolkata Registration Office. Now the application for mutation was given in the Bodhgaya Zonal Office. The then Zonal Officer registered an FIR 335/24 against Priyavrat Pandit and Akhilesh Kumar in the Bodhgaya Police Station. On July 11, an FIR was registered against both of them under Sections 467, 468, 420 and 34 of the IPC.
Filed in court on the basis of fake documents
Bodh Gaya Zonal Office sought information about the land document from Kolkata Registration Office. It was clarified that this is a declaration deed. It is not a sale deed. Real estate businessman Maruti Mayank is behind this. On the basis of this fake document, a petition was filed in the court. On this, the court has ordered to collect the stamp duty from the applicant within three weeks.
The Circle Officer has rejected the Dakhal Kharij
An employee of Bodhgaya Zonal Office, on the condition of anonymity, said that the mastermind of this case is Maruti Mayank who deals in real estate. He prepares fake documents and takes possession of government land in Bodh Gaya. Earlier, the registry document for this land was given to the Zonal Office by someone else. After declaring it fake, an application has been received for mutation on the document of the same land being registered in the name of someone named Priyavrat Pandey. The Zonal Officer has rejected the mutation. An attempt is being made to capture land worth crores of rupees on the basis of fake deed and documents.
