In Madhubani, fearless criminals shot a person very close to LJP leader Pappu Paswan. The deceased has been identified as Ajit Kumar Paswan, son of Bhogendra Paswan, resident of Marar village. The incident took place on Marar Road located in Lahariyaganj under Rahika police station area.

Criminals shot him while going home
Regarding the incident, local people say that Ajit was going home. Then the criminals riding on the bike shot him. As soon as the bullet hit, Ajit fell on the ground. By then people nearby came running and loaded the injured Ajit on the bike and took him to the hospital. Health workers along with Dr. Vikram Singhwa, the doctor on duty in the emergency ward of Sadar Hospital, and another doctor started the treatment of Ajit Kumar. The doctor said that the bullet had hit him above the waist, due to which his condition was very serious. The doctors of Sadar Hospital started first aid, but the people accompanying the injured youth expressed their anger and took him to a private hospital adjacent to the city, but he died on the way. Then he was brought to Madhubani Sadar Hospital where a large number of police personnel and people from Ajit Kumar’s house are gathered.
LJP District Vice President Pappu Paswan was also attacked
Local people say that on Monday, criminals had also fired at LJP District Vice President Pappu Paswan in Jitwarpur Road of Rajnagar police station area, in which he narrowly escaped. The police was still investigating the matter when Ajit Kumar Paswan was shot by criminals in Lahariyaganj around 8:00 pm tonight.

Regarding the incident, top police officers including the police of Rahika police station, Rajnagar police station and Madhubani Nagar police station are engaged in investigation around the incident site. At the same time, CCTV installed on the roads leading to the incident site is also being scrutinized. The police is engaged in intensive investigation and search operation in the surrounding area to identify the criminals.
