There is an allegation of threatening and demanding ransom

In this case, an FIR was lodged against the MP and his supporter Amit Yadav at the Mufassil police station. At the same time, the furniture businessman had told that on April 2, 2021, extortion of Rs 10 lakh was demanded. After this, during Durga Puja in 2023, he made mobile calls and WhatsApp calls and demanded Rs 15 lakh and 2 sofa sets. During this, he threatened as well as abused. The businessman had told the police that extortion of Rs 1 crore was demanded on June 4. It is also alleged that Amit Yadav has threatened and said that come with the extortion amount, otherwise you have to stay in Purnia for 5 years. Give this amount of extortion or leave Purnia.
