Regarding the incident, family members say that there was a dispute going on between Dinesh Rai and Subodh Rai regarding six katha of land. As soon as the news of Subodh’s death was received, there was chaos among the family members. On receiving information about the incident, DSP of Patori also reached the spot and started investigation. Family members said that the body will reach Patori after post-mortem in Patna on Monday.
Police is waiting to receive the application
Patori’s DMC BK Medhavi said that there was a dispute between Subodh Rai and Dinesh Rai regarding building the embankment of the land, after which a fight broke out between the two parties. Later the family members took Subodh to PMCH where the doctor declared him dead. No application has been received from the family in this matter yet. As soon as the application is received, the case will be investigated and the accused will be arrested.
