In Khagaria, fearless criminals murdered the newly elected PACS president with a sharp weapon. The incident took place at Salimnagar Chowk between Samaspur Jawahar High School in Mahenshkhunt police station area. The deceased PACS president has been identified as Varun Singh, newly elected PACS president of Maheshkhunt Panchayat, resident of Maheshkhunt Rajdham. Here after the incident, the police has sent the body to Sadar Hospital for post-mortem.
