With the end of the Lok Sabha elections and the end of the model code of conduct, there has been a boom in jobs in Bihar. The Panchayati Raj Department of the Bihar Government will make appointments on more than 15 thousand posts. This information was given by the Minister of Panchayati Raj Department Kedar Gupta on Friday. He said that all these appointments will be made on different posts. Panchayati Raj Minister Kedar Gupta said that out of these, 4351 permanent posts will be filled, whereas appointments will be made on 11,259 contract posts. He said that the department will make appointments on a total of 15,610 posts.
Appointments will be made on permanent posts
Panchayati Raj Minister Kedar Gupta informed that among the appointments to permanent posts, 112 will be filled for the post of Panchayat Raj Officer, 28 for the post of Auditor, 3525 for the post of Panchayat Secretary, 504 for the post of Lower Division Clerk (Regional Establishment), 1 for Lower Division Clerk (Headquarters Establishment), 5 for Office Peon, 104 for the post of Junior Engineer in Zila Parishad and 72 posts of Lower Division Clerk in Zila Parishad.
They will be reinstated under the contract
Panchayati Raj Minister Kedar Gupta said that under temporary posts (contract), 7070 posts will be filled for accountant cum IT assistant, 2230 for Gram Kachhari Nyayamitra, 3 for office assistant/data entry operator, 1400 for Gram Kachhari Secretary and 556 for technical assistant posts. Panchayati Raj Minister Kedar Gupta also said that the requisition for appointment has been sent to the concerned.
Restorations will be taken by them
Panchayati Raj Minister Kedar Gupta said that the appointments to be made in the financial year 2024-25 will be made by BPSC, Bihar Staff Selection Commission, BGSYS (SPRC), Beltran and District Officer. He said that the enthusiasm among the youth will increase due to the recruitment in large numbers.
