Police officer’s son shot dead in Patna. The incident took place in AG Colony of Shastri Nagar police station area. The deceased has been identified as Aryan Raj (14), son of Shyam Ranjan Singh, a resident of Patel Nagar.

The dead body of the minor was lying in a closed room

Regarding the incident, the police said that they received information about a young man being shot dead. When the police reached the place after getting the information, the room was locked from outside. After breaking the lock, the body of the minor youth was found inside the room. The body was sent to IGIMS for postmortem. The matter is being investigated. Local people say that a liquor party was held in that room late at night, in which many people were involved. People say that the police have also recovered many objectionable items from the spot. People say that the deceased’s father is a police officer.

Murder happened during a drinking party

Regarding the incident, DSP Secretariat Saket Kumar says that on Saturday morning, the police received information that a dead body was found in a house near AG Colony Market. When the police reached there to verify the information, they saw that there was a flat which was locked from outside. When the lock was broken, the body of a young man of about 14 years was lying inside. DSP Secretariat Saket Kumar said that in the initial investigation, it seems that some people had a liquor party here at night and then there must have been a dispute over something, in which Aryan Raj was killed. DSP Secretariat Saket Kumar says that the police is investigating from every angle.
