Chaudhary will not accept the notice given on 28th
‘Amar Ujala’ had told the day after the change of power that even though NDA has formed the new government, it will be eclipsed by RJD for 14 days. But, an attempt will be made to extend the duration of this eclipse by 14 days and it will be played here. On Monday, February 12, the NDA government of the state led by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has to gain majority. To avoid any disruption, the Nitish government had given notice of no-confidence motion against the current Speaker of Bihar Assembly Awadh Bihari Chaudhary on January 28, the day of formation of the new government, by BJP MLA Nand Kishore Yadav. ‘Amar Ujala’ had then told in the news that Awadh Bihari Chaudhary can cause trouble. And, now Awadh Bihari Chaudhary himself has told that he is ready with a game plan against the Nitish Kumar government on the day of floor test, i.e. majority test. While talking to the media on Wednesday, he said that today he has received information about the no-confidence motion against him, i.e. the Speaker of the Assembly.
RJD will not allow the 14 day eclipse to end
Now know what is the real game of RJD? Actually, the date of majority test of the government is fixed on 12th. The budget session of Bihar Assembly is going to start from this. Preparations for the budget session are also going on. The government also knows that if Awadh Bihari Choudhary will be the president, then during the majority process, he can take action against the ruling MLAs. Apart from this, instead of counting, he can also try to measure the strength of votes on the basis of noise. For this reason, the government was the first to give notice of no-confidence motion in preparation for his removal. Today is February 7 and only five days are left to gain majority. In this, Awadh Bihari Chaudhary has now come and said that he has received information that a no-confidence motion is to be moved against him. Meaning, he has not come. Now accordingly, he will accept the no-confidence motion against him on the first day of the proceedings of the House, i.e. 12th February, i.e. the day of majority test of the government. If his wish is followed then the eclipse will last for 14 days from 12th February. The Speaker of the Assembly can be removed only 14 days after the no-confidence motion.
