Rashtriya Janata Dal has demanded the arrest of the killer of BN College (Patna University) student Harsh Raj. RJD says that the government should immediately arrest the killers and give compensation to the family of the deceased. RJD spokesperson Chittaranjan Gagan said that the deceased Harsh was the son of senior journalist Ajit Kumar, a resident of Majhauli in Vaishali district, who was coming out of the law college after giving the exam. Meanwhile, some goons who were lying in wait beat him to death in broad daylight.
The law and order situation has deteriorated
RJD spokesperson has said that the way Harsh was beaten to death in broad daylight makes it clear that the law and order situation in the state is now out of the control of this government. Criminals have become free and they have no fear of the police administration. The BJP, which used to raise questions about law and order repeatedly during the Mahagathbandhan government, is silent today. The Chief Minister, who always cries for law and order, should compare the crime statistics of NCRB and the Home Department under him during his tenure with the statistics of the previous Mahagathbandhan government and see how bad the law and order situation has become during the NDA regime that people are beaten to death in broad daylight in the capital and the police’s job is only to do the formality.
Harsh Raj was close to Chirag and Shambhavi
Let us tell you that student Harsh Raj was also the national president of Loknayak Yuva Parishad organization. He was very active in student politics. He was also very close to Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) chief Chirag Paswan and Samastipur seat candidate Shambhavi Chaudhary. Harsh was seen as a supporter of Chirag Paswan and Shambhavi many times during the sixth phase election campaign. On Monday afternoon, he was leaving Patna Law College after giving the exam when some boys attacked him. When Harsh protested, they started beating him and kept beating him until Harsh fainted. After this, the students who beat him fled from there. Here, some people got Harsh admitted to PMCH. But, Harsh died during treatment.
