Police has made a big revelation in the case of murder of farmer Arvind Chaudhary which took place in Musrigharari police station area of ​​Samastipur district. Police investigation revealed that the farmer’s son’s friend Sandeep Kumar along with one of his associates Jitendra Kumar carried out this murder. The reason for the murder is said to be a dispute related to a transaction of Rs 2.5 lakh. Police have arrested Sandeep, while raids are underway in search of Jitendra.

ASP Sanjay Pandey said that Sandeep Kumar was arrested on the basis of CCTV footage and other clues. During interrogation, Sandeep admitted that he had transferred Rs 2.5 lakh from Satyam (son of farmer Arvind Chaudhary) to his account, due to which there was a dispute between the two. When Arvind Chaudhary came to know about this, he threatened Sandeep that he would take legal action against him. Angered by this threat, Sandeep along with his friend Jitendra Kumar conspired to commit murder.

According to the information, on the morning of 11th October, farmer Arvind Chaudhary was going to the vegetable market Motipur with his crop (Parwal). Sandeep and Jitendra chased him and killed him by shooting him in the head from behind near Fatehpurwala. After the murder, both the accused absconded.

Clothes recovered at the time of the incident

After Sandeep’s arrest, the police raided Jitendra’s house, but he had absconded from there. Police have recovered the clothes worn during the incident from Sandeep, which have been matched with the CCTV footage. ASP said that Jitendra also has the pistol used in the murder, with which he is absconding. Police are continuously raiding in search of him.
