Gayaâs famous five year old student mihir murder case Gaya police has revealed what happened. Police were able to reach the accused due to the fingerprints of the accused found on the body of the student. 12 year old student Mihir Kumar was beaten up in the school, due to which the student died. To hide the evidence, the accused had thrown the body of the student on the railway track. At present the police has arrested the school directorâs son.

Regarding the incident, Senior SP Ashish Bharti said that on May 8, the body of 12-year-old student Mihir was found on the railway track of Gaya-Kiul railway section. Following the complaint of the studentâs family, a police case was registered against the school operator. He said that considering the seriousness of the matter, a special team was formed. After that research was started. During this time, the police team reached the accused on the basis of scientific investigation and post-mortem report and now he has been arrested. The accused is Harsh Kumar, son of the school director.

Regarding the incident, Senior SP Ashish Bharti said that during the police investigation it was found that incidents of beating of students were happening every day in Indira Gandhi Basic School located in Wazirganj police station area. Earlier also such complaints were made by the parents. That day also there was an incident of beating of student Mihir Kumar. Mihir died in this incident. To hide the evidence, Harsh Kumar, son of the school operator, along with his associates threw the body of student Mihir near the railway track. He told that the arrested accused Harsh Kumar used to teach students in the school. The accusedâs fingerprints were found on the studentâs body, on the basis of which the police have investigated and taken action. He said that after the arrest of the accused, the police is investigating to catch other accused involved in the incident.

On May 8, 12-year-old student Mihir had gone to school early in the morning in a school bus from Wazirganj police station area. When he did not return home on time, his family members reached the school to inquire, but the school management kept misleading the parents for hours. After a lot of search, Mihirâs body was found on the railway track between Manaini and Adhwan railway stations of Gaya-Kiul railway section. After the body was found, Mihirâs father Vikas Kumar filed an application against the school director at Wazirganj police station.

Mihirâs father Vikas Kumar wrote in the application that Mihir was a student of class 5 in Indira Gandhi Basic School. Like every day, he went to school in the morning by school bus. After school was over at 11 oâclock, he used to return home by school bus. Discharge at 11 oâclock. When he did not return from school that day, after waiting for some time we reached the school and inquired, but the school director Ravish Kumar told that the child had not come to school. As soon as this information was received, the search for Mihir was started. Despite a lot of searching, no trace of him could be found. After a long time, Ravish Kumar told that he was seen towards Ichua. After telling him, people started searching for Mihir towards Echua, but he was not found there either. Then he told that he looked towards Manaini. Then everyone started looking towards Manaini. Meanwhile, Mihirâs body was found lying on the side of the railway track towards Manaini. Injury marks were found on his body. Vikas Kumar says that the operator himself committed the murder and threw the body on the side of the railway track.
