In Sitamarhi, a student committed suicide by jumping into the Lakhandei river. The reason for the incident is not yet clear but the rose flowers found from the incident are raising many questions. The incident took place near Ring Dam in Sitamarhi city. Late Tuesday evening, a girl student jumped into the river at Ramghat located on Lakhandei river. By the time people arrived to save him, he was dead. Here, the SDRF team, which reached the spot after receiving the information, took out the body at midnight after hours of efforts. The student has not been identified yet.
People are suspecting a love affair
It is being told that the deceased student was studying in coaching located on the banks of Ring Dam. At seven o’clock on Tuesday evening, he was seen near the dam with two boys studying in coaching class. All three were talking among themselves. Meanwhile, suddenly the student jumped into the river. To save him, both the boys also went to the river, but within some time both of them escaped there. A rose flower and the girl’s shoe were found near the spot. Some people are suspecting a love affair. Here, after jumping into the river, a large number of people and students gathered on the river bank.
The student had also gone to the temple before jumping
As soon as the information was received, DSP Rama Krishna, city police station incharge Vinay Pratap Singh and Mehsaul OP in-charge Kundan Kumar reached the spot with the police force. During this time, local divers were asked to go into the river, but they did not agree. After this, the SDRF team could take out the body after about two hours of hard work. The female priest of the monastery situated on the river bank told the police that a girl had come. He worshiped in the temple. Stood in the temple premises for a long time. After some time there was a commotion of jumping into the river and saw that two boys were running. City police station incharge Vinay Pratap said that the matter is being investigated. Efforts are being made to identify the dead body. Search is on for both the boys. Information about the matter is also being taken from the coaching operator.
