The body of a 12 year old student was found on the railway track of Kiul railway section of Gaya. After the dead body was found, there was mourning in the entire area. After the incident, the family members filed a complaint against the school manager. Now the police has registered a case against the school director. The matter is of Wednesday afternoon. The deceased has been identified as Mihir Kumar alias Veer, son of Vikas Kumar Gupta, resident of Wazirganj police station area.
Child’s dead body found on railway track
Regarding the incident, police say that a 12-year-old student had gone to school from Wazirganj police station area in a school bus early in the morning. When Veer did not return home on time, the family went to the school to inquire. But the school management kept misleading the parents for hours. But after a lot of search, the body of the school student was found on the railway track between Manaini and Adhwan railway stations of Gaya-Kiul railway section. Local people informed the police about finding the dead body. As soon as the information was received, the police informed the family members. On receiving the information, the family members immediately took him by ambulance to the nearby CHC, where the doctors declared him dead. During that time injury marks were seen on the student’s hands and forehead.
Because of this the school director started getting suspicious
Vikas Kumar, father of the deceased student, has applied at Wazirganj police station. In the application given to the police station, it was written that Mihir Kumar alias Veer was a student of class 5 in Indira Gandhi Basic School. Like every day, even today he went to school in the morning by school bus. When school closed at 11 o’clock, he used to return home by school bus. Discharge at 11 o’clock. Today when he did not return from school, after waiting for some time the family reached the school and started inquiring. School director Ravish Kumar told that the child has not come to school. As soon as this information was received, a search was started nearby, but he was not found. After a long time, Ravish Kumar told that he was seen towards Ichua. When he searched there he was not found. Then he told that he looked towards Manaini. Kept searching everywhere. Meanwhile, his body was found lying on the side of the railway track towards Manaini. Injury marks were found on his body. Vikas Kumar says that the operator himself committed the murder and threw the body on the side of the railway track.
Case registered against school director
Police station incharge Munna Kumar Verma said that the post-mortem of the dead body is being conducted. The body will be handed over to the family. Is. According to the written application given by the father of the deceased, a case of murder has been registered and further legal action is being taken. How did the incident happen, how did the death occur? All this is being investigated. At present the school director is absconding.
