The incident is of Madhya Vidyalaya Simultala under Jhajha block of Jamui district. Let us tell you that on Wednesday, due to severe heat, more than two dozen children and teachers fell unconscious in about a dozen schools in various blocks of Jamui district.
However, this issue was seen in other districts of the state apart from Jamui district. Due to which, after the news published prominently by Amar Ujala, instructions were issued to close the school from 30 May to 8 June on the instructions of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, but in the meantime, it will be mandatory for Guruji to remain in school and in all the schools, the in-charge, HM and teachers will come to school from 8 am to 11 am and instructions were issued to do various works including admission of children, entry of children on e-Shikshakosh, civil work in the school, work of making Aadhar card for those children who do not have it.
Due to this order, teachers from all over the district reached their respective schools on Thursday as per the scheduled time, but due to the scorching heat, Jyotima Kumari, a Sanskrit teacher at Simultala Madhya Vidyalaya under Jhajha block, fell unconscious after 1 hour of reaching the school, which created panic among the teachers. The teacher was immediately given first aid at the school and sent to Deoghar for better treatment.
