The matter is of Govindpur under Bishanpur Ahok Panchayat of Sahebpur Kamal police station area. Sanjay Yadav surrendered in the court of Additional Chief Justice Magistrate. The court took him into judicial custody and sent him to jail. On Monday, the police had arrested two accused Abhishek and Jeevesh in this case. Sanjay Yadav has surrendered under police pressure.

Regarding the incident, it is being told that Lucy Kumari, daughter of Umesh Yadav, resident of Srinagar Chharrapatti of Sahebpur Kamal police station area, was married to Lalan Yadav, nephew of Sanjay Yadav, resident of Govindpur Ward 9. Because of this, people from both the families kept coming and going. Meanwhile, Lucy got her sister’s brother-in-law Fell in love with Himanshu. One day Neelu and Himanshu Yadav were meeting each other secretly, after which both of them got married with their consent, but the boy’s side was not happy with this marriage.
In-laws were not ready to keep the daughter-in-law
Family members say that after marriage both Neelu and Himanshu Yadav were happy but Himanshu’s father Sanjay Yadav was not happy with this marriage. For this reason he wanted to get his son married somewhere else. Regarding this matter, Neelu came to her in-laws’ house with her father Umesh Yadav and started asking to stay there but Sanjay Yadav flatly refused to let her stay. Debate started from both sides regarding this issue. During this time, Lucy called her brother Rajesh Yadav also there. As soon as he arrived, Sanjay Yadav and his people started firing at all three, in which Umesh Yadav, his son Rajesh Yadav (25) and his daughter Neelu Kumari (21) died on the spot.
