How was the weather, what is the reason for it?

According to data received from various observatories during 24 hours, light rain with thunder has been recorded at some places in South Bihar. Among these, Dehri 1.6, Aurangabad 3.1 and Kaimur 2.5 are prominent. The minimum temperature was recorded two to three degrees higher than normal. At the lower level of the atmosphere, there was a cyclonic circulation over the Bay of Bengal and a cyclonic circulation over the tri-junction of Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra. Due to the combined effect of these two, two opposite air flows were slowly moving towards the east. Due to the effect of this activity, intermittent light rain with moderate thunderstorms along with strong surface winds are forecast in some parts of Bihar till February 15. Along with this, a new Western Disturbance is predicted to hit the Western Himalayan region on February 17. In this situation, the minimum temperature will remain different from normal till 17th.
