Once again two fake teachers have been caught in Sitamarhi after working for 16 years. Legal action will be taken against two teachers employed in schools of Belsand and Bathnaha blocks on the basis of fake certificates. Vigilance Investigation Bureau has written a letter to Belsand and Bathnaha police station in-charge to register an FIR against the teachers appointed on fake training certificates. Vigilance Investigation Bureau Muzaffarpur region’s Senior Deputy Superintendent of Police Kanhaiya Lal has written separate letters to the police station in-charge giving information about the case and has asked to take legal action by registering an FIR against the concerned teachers and other unknown persons. The Deputy Superintendent of Police has told the police station in-charge that on the orders of the High Court, vigilance investigation of educational and pre-educational certificates of employed teachers from the year 2006 to 2015 is going on. The responsibility of this has been given to him (DSP) by the Vigilance Investigation Bureau Superintendent of Police Patna.
Verification of educational and training certificates is underway
Investigation of educational and pre-educational certificates of teachers employed in the above mentioned years in Sitamarhi district is going on. Upon verification of the certificates of teachers related to the concerned authority and board, they have been found to be fake. He has said that in the course of investigation of educational and pre-educational certificates in the folder provided by the Establishment DPO, the teacher training mark sheet year 2002-03, roll number 073, roll code AU, marks 1363 submitted at the time of employment by Subodh Kumar son of Radheshyam Thakur resident of Mahindwara Bhaya Rampurhari police station Runnisaidpur, posted in Pravi Bhadwari Dom Tola in the year 2008 under Gram Panchayat Raj Mahthi alias Chandauli of Belsand block, has been found to be fake upon verification from SCERT Assam Guwahati and DIET Kachar Udharbond Assam.
Illegally obtained employment by forging documents
Similarly, the teacher training mark sheet of the year 2006-07, roll number 028, roll code AM, marks obtained 1776 of Sushil Kumar, resident of PO Rewasi Police Station Riga, posted in MV Haranhiya Jalsi in the year 2008 in MV Pokharbhinda under Bathnaha Block Planning Unit, was found to be fake and fabricated upon verification from the office records of SCERT Assam Guwahati. The certificate being found to be fake proves that the said appointed teachers, in connivance with other unknown persons, have obtained employment illegally by forging fake certificates. He has requested the Police Station Incharge to register an FIR against the appointed teachers and other unknown persons on the basis of fake certificates and conduct an investigation.
