Victim Sonam Sharma has said through the application that I am a resident of Saran district. My husband Sunil Sharma and accused Vishambar Chaudhary used to work together in LNT company in Kanpur. Since our houses were nearby, we became family relations. In the same sequence, my three-year-old son Ayan Sharma became very close to Vishambar Chaudhary. Meanwhile, Vishambar Chaudhary told us that every wish made from the heart in Shyam Mai temple of Darbhanga is fulfilled. You should also go and have darshan. Initially, I refused, but later under his pressure, I agreed to go to Darbhanga.

My son Ayan Sharma has been made to disappear

Sonam Sharma told that I came to Vishambar Chaudhary’s house in Ranipur, Darbhanga with my husband Sunil Sharma and son Ayan Sharma about one and a half months ago. As soon as I came here, my husband fell ill. Vishambar Chaudhary took us to Shyama temple and many other places with his child on the pretext of visiting Shyama temple. In the same sequence, one day he gave me a green coloured liquid in a glass to drink. I refused to drink, but later I drank it. After drinking it for some time, my head started spinning. I was seeing everything, but was unable to understand. At that time there were four-five men there. There was also a lawyer among them. Vishambar Chaudhary asked us to sign on a written stamp paper. I refused to sign. On which the lawyer said that the paper has been made in your interest. You sign it. So I said that I will not sign without my husband’s permission. Due to my mind not working properly, I finally signed under pressure. From there they made my son Ayan Sharma disappear. Then Vishambar Chaudhary took us to his house in Ranipur. Where my husband Sunil Sharma was suffering from fever.

They are demanding 10 lakh rupees from us

The victim said that when I reached Ranipur, I realized that these people have done wrong with me and made my child disappear. When we asked Vishambar Chaudhary about our son, they threatened to kill us and asked us to go quietly. Crying and sobbing, we both went to Kanpur with my husband without the child. As soon as we reached there, my husband’s left leg broke. I was forced to get him treated. I could not file any case. When my husband recovered, I reached Darbhanga in search of my child. The victim said that while searching for my son, I came to know that Vishambar Chaudhary had sold my son to Sujata Jha, Gautam Jha, residents of Sinuara village of Bahadurpur police station area. When I contacted Sujata Jha, she admitted that the child is with her. She showed the child on video call, but did not let us talk. When I asked them to return the child, they are demanding Rs 10 lakh from us in exchange for returning the child. Where will I get so much money? My life is getting ruined without the child. The child is my only son.
