On Monday morning, criminals shot dead a young man in Patna’s Maner. Police reached the spot after receiving information and seized a pistol and a mobile phone from the spot. Police are calling it a matter of money transaction. After receiving information about the incident, the police reached the spot, took the body of the youth in their custody and sent it to Danapur Sub-Divisional Hospital for post-mortem and started investigating the matter. It is being told that Anand Kumar 19 of Maner police station level village was missing from his house for the last few days. On Monday, Maner police station received information that a young man had been shot dead by criminals. When the police reached the village, they saw that the body of a young man was lying on the roadside. Family members have alleged that there was a dispute going on for several days regarding money transactions between Anand Kumar and his friends. Family members told that Anand Kumar had been threatened many times by his friends to kill him. The family members believe that this incident was carried out by their friends.
Police have detained one person
Regarding this matter, Maner police station in-charge said that information about the murder of Anand Kumar was received on Monday morning. He told that Anand Kumar was shot once in the chest by the criminals. He died at the scene of the incident. During interrogation, he also told that the police has detained a person in this case. The detained person is being interrogated. When asked the reason for the murder, he said that the family members have alleged that it was a matter of money transaction. The police is investigating the entire matter.
