A young man went missing in Bhojpur, Bihar, two days before his Tilak. The family members searched extensively but could not find any trace of him. Now his dead body has been found a day before the wedding date. The deceased has been identified as Narayan Kumar Singh (32), son of Jai Bhagwan Singh, resident of Razaiya village. He was working as a para legal volunteer in the District Legal Services Authority, Arrah. The deceased Narayan Kumar Singh was also the nephew of former head of Rajaiya Panchayat, Kumar Rakesh alias W Singh. The incident took place in Rajaiya village of Peeron police station area. The body was recovered near Gataria bridge of Ara-Sasaram State Highway under Piro police station.
Dead body of missing groom found after seven days
The relatives of the deceased say that Narayan Singh’s marriage was fixed. His tilak was on 11th February this month and the marriage procession was going to take place on 17th February. Meanwhile, at around 2 pm on February 9, Narayan Kumar Singh left the house telling his mother that he was going to Bihiya for some important work. It turned from afternoon to evening and then night but Narayan did not return home. It is natural to be worried in such a situation, so the family members started searching for him, but could not find him anywhere. Then, exhausted, the family members lodged a case of his missing in Piro police station and requested the police to recover him safely. As soon as the application was received, the police came into action and started searching everywhere for Narayan. During this time, the police recovered the body of missing Narayan from near Gataria bridge.
There were many wound marks on the body
The family members say that after being informed by the police, we reached the spot to identify the body and identified it as Narayan. The family members say that there are wound marks at many places on the body of the deceased, which makes it appear that he was brutally murdered. However, the family members of the deceased have denied any kind of enmity with anyone. At present, any senior police officer has flatly refused to speak on camera in this matter.
