Cybercriminals have hacked the official website of Purnia University. There is a lot of anger due to the hacking of the website. The university administration has also expressed concern about this. According to the information, during this time many students including student leader Ankur Yadav tried to open the website. But while opening it, they started seeing many things on the screen. Everyone was surprised to see these things. In such a situation, questions started arising on the security system of the university portal that how will the department be able to keep its data safe. Expressing concern over the hacking, the students have demanded to increase the portal security.
Students and other people were shocked to see the university website hacked on their mobile screens as well as laptops. Now it has to be seen whether the data of the students has been stolen by cyber criminals or not. However, it is very difficult to say this. Screenshots of the university website being hacked have also surfaced. It is being said that the website was hacked by criminals from around 1:32 pm to around 4:00 pm.
In such a situation, many student leaders raised questions on the negligence of the department. At the same time, there are signs of danger on the future of the students. In such a situation, when the team of Local 18 asked the university registrar Anant Prasad Gupta, he did not know anything about it. However, he said that it will be recovered immediately after investigation. In such a situation, the department was seen sweating. At the same time, the department kept sweating for an hour to get the website out of the clutches of cyber criminals. Then after 5:30, the website was saved from the hands of cyber criminals.
