The serial killer who committed three murders in 9 days in Muzaffarpur has been arrested by the police. He attacked 4 people in 9 days. One’s life was saved in this. After executing the incident, he used to sell the stolen mobile. He used to feed his smack addiction. The arrested accused is Shivchandra Paswan alias Bhola alias Bhala, a resident of Kolhua Paigambarpur under Ahiyapur police station area. Mobiles taken during two murders and one attempt to murder have also been seized from him. Also, two iron bars and a wooden weapon have been recovered.
Used to target the people of his own area
In this case, SSP Rakesh Kumar told that Shivchandra Paswan killed Suresh Paswan on 30 April, Mustafa Ansari on 1 May and Shankar Kumar on 8 May. Apart from this, along with Mustafa Mohd. Dulare was also attacked in which Dulare was seriously injured. He told that all the three murders were done almost according to the same pattern. He was targeting the people of his own area. Due to his fear, people had stopped leaving the house after 9 o’clock in the night.

During the investigation of all the three murders, the location of three missing mobiles was started from the spot. Meanwhile, the location of all the three mobiles was visible at the same place. The raids were conducted on the basis of location. In which 3 people including a woman were arrested. When they were interrogated, the people who took the mobile told Ravichandran to buy the mobile, after which he was arrested.
1 thousand was spent for 1 day, was committing murder to hide identity
The SSP said that during interrogation of the accused, he told that he was addicted to smack. He needed money to fulfill that addiction. His one day expenditure is around 1000 rupees. Which he did not have. To fulfill that addiction, he started stealing mobiles and money. But, he was from Ahiyapur area only. There was also the fear of getting caught. He was afraid that people might not recognize him. He was continuously killing in order to hide his identity. After this, he used to sell his mobile and drink smack.
Work was missed due to intoxication, mother and wife also left
The SSP says that the father of the accused has already died. He used to sell wood. But, he lost his job because of his addiction. Slowly, when the money came in handy, he started fighting with the mother. Troubled by this, his mother also left him. After the mother left, he started fighting with his wife. After a few days, the wife also ran away from home. After this he started living alone. When the money ran out, he first sold his clothes at the price of a kilo. Then, sold my mobile too. When nothing was left with him, he started killing.
