Bihar’s Muzaffarpur Railway Police has recovered a huge consignment of weapons from Hajipur Junction. It was coming from Barauni Lucknow Express. Which was recovered by the Railway Police at Hajipur Junction. Along with this, two smugglers have also been arrested. Both have been questioned. In the interrogation, both have told the name of a new person. On the basis of enquiry, raids are being conducted in many other areas.
Among the arrested accused, Sonu Agarwal, resident of Purani Ganj, Kasim Bazar police station, Munger district and Mohd., resident of Hussainabad, Gorakhnath police station, Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. Arif alias Golu Ashraf has been caught. 21 pieces of semi-finished iron pistol body and 21 pieces of iron barrel and a mobile have been recovered from Sonu’s bag.

Regarding this matter, Railway SP Dr. Kumar Ashish informed in a press conference that Sonu has been raided and caught from Hajipur Junction. The team was investigating in Hajipur. Meanwhile, Sonu was caught. Semi-made weapons were recovered from him. He was in Lucknow Barauni Express. He was interrogated at Hajipur railway station. During interrogation, he told the name of Golu. After that Golu was arrested. Both have been questioned at the police station.
During interrogation, both told that all these weapons were going to Munger. Had caught Barauni Lucknow Express from Gorakhpur. The consignment of arms was to reach Munger. Finishing had to be done there. After finishing the weapons, it would go to another place from there. It was told that the wires of his gang are spread in other states including Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal. Other people associated with his gang are being traced.
