Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Sunday gave appointment letters to 51,389 new teachers in Bihar on Sunday. The main event took place in Patna, which was broadcast live in all districts. The event was held at Diet Bhawan in Sheikhpura district, where Minister in -charge Sheela Mandal distributed appointment letters to 553 teachers.

What did the minister say?

Minister Sheela Mandal said that Bihar is constantly developing under the leadership of the Chief Minister. The government gave priority to education, due to which the literacy rate of Bihar has increased to more than 77% today. He also mentioned the schemes made for the education of girls, such as a bicycle scheme,.

Alcoholism and safety of women

The minister said that after the implementation of liquor ban, crime has decreased and women are now feeling safe. He said this change and said – “Ever since the tavern closed, women are going to school.” The minister appealed to all the newly appointed teachers to fulfill their responsibility honestly and give better education to the children. In the end, he greeted everyone in advance of Holi.
