The budget session of Bihar Legislature started on Monday. This session will run from 27 February to 5 April. State Finance Minister Vijay Kumar Chowdhary will present the budget on February 28 during this session. Earlier, on the first day of the beginning of the session, the new Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar listed the achievements related to various schemes of the state government. He appealed to the legislators to play a constructive role. He said that work is being done in a planned manner for good governance and law and order. Bihar government is working on the policy of zero tolerance. Continuous campaign is being run against liquor ban.
Argument between BJP and RJD MLA
The Governor said that many schemes are being run successfully under the Seven Decisions Plan. The government is continuously working in the field of education. During the Governor’s address, the BJP sitting in the opposition created a ruckus. They said that the schools do not have teachers and buildings. After this there was a debate between BJP MLA and RJD MLA.
