In Bettiah, Bihar, a nine year old innocent girl was raped by her uncle who took her to Bhusauli. The incident took place in a village of Kumarbagh police station area of the district. The mother of the innocent victim has applied to the women’s police station and lodged an FIR regarding this incident. At the same time, the police took immediate action and arrested the accused uncle and started interrogation.
The victim’s mother told in the FIR that the accused uncle called her from home at night and raped the innocent girl. The accused is his uncle Munna. After such an incident, people start losing trust in their loved ones (relatives). He told that the accused Munna had been raping his niece for the last several days.
The victim’s mother told that on Wednesday night the accused Munna called the girl and tried to take her to his house on the pretext of having food. But the girl was not going. Then the family members sent him away with her. After that, he took the girl to the hay shed next to the house and raped her.
The victim’s mother told that when the family members got information about this incident, they called 112 on Thursday and informed the Kumarbagh police. Then, in connection with the investigation of the case, Mahila Thana police got the girl medically examined. Meanwhile, Mahila police station and Kumarbagh police took immediate action and arrested the accused uncle.
Here, Kumarbagh police station incharge Devendra Kumar said that an FIR has been registered in the women’s police station in the matter. The accused uncle has been arrested. Mahila police station is investigating the matter.
