After the death of the main witness of the famous Begusarai murder case, i.e. his grandmother, sensation spread in the entire area. The family members allege that because she was the main witness, the accused killed the old lady by attacking her with a rod on a moving bike. And, they tried to make it look like a road accident. The incident took place on NH 28 in Phulvariya police station area. After this incident, the police took the body in their custody and sent it for postmortem and started further investigation.
The innocent was murdered after rape
In fact, on 24 July 2023, an eight-year-old girl was brutally murdered in Chamtha Chot Khunt of Bachwara police station area. The criminals raped her and then buried the body in the basement of the house. After the complaint of the family, the body of the girl was recovered after a lot of struggle. Five people including Shivam Kumar were made named accused in the case. At that time, this incident was in the headlines and it was also condemned in different parts of the country.
Testimony was to be given on July 2
The grandmother of the deceased girl was the main witness in this incident. The family alleges that the old woman had to testify in the court on July 2 and on June 30, when she was going with her son-in-law on a bike to meet the lawyer, the old woman was murdered on the road itself. The family members have told that when the old woman was going with her son-in-law, the accused followed her from the house itself and seeing the deserted area, attacked her from behind with an iron rod, due to which she died on the spot. The police is also surprised after the allegations of the family. The police say that the matter is being investigated. Some people are being questioned.
