- Cooked food: Eat poultry and eggs thoroughly cooked as viruses die at high temperatures.
- Awareness: Information about the outbreak of avian influenza. and follow health advice.
- Avoid visiting poultry farms: If there is an outbreak of bird flu in your area, avoid visiting poultry farms.
