Police are scanning footage from more than 100 CCTV cameras to arrest suspects in the blast near Israel Embassy. Police are investigating for route mapping of the suspects, who were seen walking on the road near the site shortly before the blast. Additionally, the police have also started analyzing the dump data of the said location to identify the phone.

Police sources said that during this period about five thousand phone numbers were active in the area. Police had received information about the blast, but officials said nothing of the sort was found at the scene. Earlier, the police had received a letter addressed to the ambassador near the embassy on Tuesday evening in connection with the blast call. Threatening words were used in this. The name of the group written on the letter is Sir Allah Resistance.

After this, at around 6 pm, the police reached the spot along with fire services and bomb disposal squad. Experts from the Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) team also reached the spot. FSL sources said the sound of the explosion was heard by a security guard standing there. The noise was like a tire bursting. He also saw smoke rising near a tree. However, sources in the Special Cell say that there was no explosion here.
