Blood cancers, including leukemia, lymphoma and myeloma, are related to malfunctions in the formation and function of blood cells. Here are some symptoms which you should not ignore even by mistake
Fatigue: This is usually one of the early symptoms of blood cancer, where fatigue does not subside even after resting.

Frequent infections: If you are getting more colds, coughs or infections than usual, then people who get hurt easily or have weak immunity may also have symptoms of blood cancer.
Bleeding: If you find yourself getting frequent bruises for no apparent reason, or cuts that bleed for a long time, you may have a problem with blood cell production.

Bone or joint pain: Especially in cases of leukemia, leakage of abnormal cells into the bone marrow can cause bone or joint pain.
Swollen lymph nodes: In some cases, this can be a sign of lymphoma, which is a painless swelling in the neck, armpits or groin. Unexplained weight loss can be a warning sign of some cancers, including blood cancers.
Night sweats: Excessive sweating while sleeping, which is often "soaking wet" Sweating, called sputum, occurs in some lymphomas.
Abdominal discomfort: Symptoms of heaviness or discomfort in the upper left abdomen may be symptoms of splenic enlargement, which is common in some blood cancers.
